1) BILLING POLICY
Approximately 10 days prior to the Client's start(due) date, South O’ will e-mail our Clients an invoice to the e-mail billing address in the Client's company profile. The Client is responsible for keeping the billing e-mail address and payment information current. Payment is due upon receipt. We accept payment with check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. The day after the Client's start(due) date, any unpaid subscriptions will be considered late and put in a "Graced" status for an additional eight days. Late fees will accrue on a daily basis until the balance is paid. When the "Grace" period expires, any unpaid subscription will expire (services will be interrupted) and the Client will be responsible for contacting South O’ to make payment arrangements and have services reactivated.
* There will be a $35 service charge for all returned checks.
Recurring payments are available for Clients convenience on all credit card payment accounts. Payments to credit cards will be charged as South O’. Any account using twice as much transfer or disk space as its plan allows for will be required to upgrade plan and pay overages upon receipt.
2) DOMAIN NAMES
Client is responsible for registering Domain Names with InterNIC. Domain names can be registered online at South O’ or any authorized 3rd party. IP Addresses - Client will be assigned IP addresses by South O’, and must return to South O’ the rights to name when service is discontinued. Once a domain has been registered with South O’, it cannot be transferred for 60 days. Client is responsible for keeping contact and billing information up to date in his/her Client Control Panel. South O’ is not responsible for cancelled domain name registration due to non-payment because Client billing or contact information was outdated.
3) SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATION/TERMINATION
Client may cancel this agreement at any time with 30-day written notice. South O’ reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone. Falsification of contact information is grounds for immediate termination.
4) PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
South O’ reserves the right to change prices or to institute new charges for any services offered by South O’ at any time, without prior notice. Client will have 30 days from price increases to cancel affected service without penalty via written notice (domain registration/renewals excluded). Prices may be reduced or new services and options may be put into effect also without advance notice.
